Mike Ripka is an accomplished visionary marketing leader who wants to help make long lasting change for good, to the benefit of both the planet and its people. With over 20 years’ experience in consulting, marketing research and insights, Mike specializes in incorporating cutting edge technology research tools into existing methodologies and in creating new ones. He is excited to work with marketing leaders to build ESG strategies, knowing that as governments fail to act, consumers are looking to corporations and brands to lead the creation of ESG strategies that will drive change in the world and serve as a powerful force of good.
Prior to Helm, Mike led the Interactive division and Futures Group at Millward Brown (now Kantar); the Austin office while at Penn Schoen and Beland (now PSB Insights); and created and ran the quantitative department while serving as a client lead at Greenberg Inc (now Greenberg A Material Company).
Mike has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to improve and activate marketing strategies across a variety of categories. He has an MBA from The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Adelphi University.
